The book you've been looking for!

Very good points spelling out how the lack of discipline occurred in the first place. To be honest, this is what I had been looking for for years without realising it! Having it clearly spelled out in front of you allows you to see clearly, the areas where improvement is required, and tells you how to exercise the muscles to improve it. I feel reassured I am on the right path now that I know how to improve!

short but brilliant

it is always the sign of a good book if you repeat what you have learnt to everyday conversations and these are such simple tips and so well explained that i am quoting it to everyone!

Made me feel motivated to get up and do something!

Some really interesting ideas on how to start gaining daily self discipline and how to keep up motivation once you take on something in your life. I will definitely implement some of the ideas and practices.
