I just love this series
Just awesome. One of my favourite series, probably one of the better books in the series to date. Can’t wait to get book 13 for more crazy action and storytelling!

A filler
another filler book in the series. though as filler books go it's not terrible. a few good fights, a few new enemies. if the next book is the actual start of ultium fight super hyped as the congregation of fate should be hilarious!

In terms of progress, each book including this one has something substantial happen. Some milestone reached etc. Was it similar to the oriuam* world, yeah but it was interested non the less.

Filler book
I know a good fantasy book needs world building and in this case a believable magic system. But I just think it's over done here it just turns into chapter after chapter of more or less sudo bable nonsense. With very little progression to the over all story line.
Hopefully the next book will get things moving again.

Can’t wait for the next one!
This series is honestly so great. I see some negative reviews and I think maybe those readers need to stick to shorter series. I love the detail and depth of DOTF. It’s honestly unsurpassed in the thought and detail put it. I love being taken on the epic journey and have no wish to rush to the end. I cannot wait for 13 and many more!

Love this series but….
Big fan of the series but this book really felt like a filler episode at times. Felt like a real lack of action and drama this time around. Has the story progressed? Yes a small amount but not did not feel exciting as previous books. Hope things pick up with this war. Not much happens for 26 hours of audio!
