Camu & una love em

Yet again another great book, hopefully the next one is more battle less training. I hope the relationship between camu and lasgol doesn’t ruin 😔

nothing happens!

5 hours in and nothing has happened at all yet. just idle chat between all the characters. chat that's meaningless and dragged out. also the characters are starting to become a bit repetitive.

I Tried..

The character writing is the weakest I've ever read. I feel almost 0 change from book 1. Nilsa is unbearable. I find myself hoping she'll die every book. The main cast often fall into being one note. Sometimes making the same gag 10+ times in 1 chapter.

The main character is extremely frustrating. Often putting things together or making decisions chapters after we've figured things out. The way he speaks to his pet is ignorant and disgusting also.

repetative

while the naration is spot on the overall story has become boring now aswell as the characters they are no different from the first book and the main protagonist is dull and so much wasted potential ,nilsa still hates magic dispite all her experience with it and her friends having magic(lasgol, camu and other people she has met) and a lot of phrases are repeated though the whole series "filthy magic, blondy, scatter brain, fantastic, also we get it gurd is a big guy after 12 books i get he built like a "mountain" really hoping the next one is more thrilling and im only in it now to see if egil gets the throne.

Should have been called. Pointless Training

Dragon spirit... 2 chapters was all that was set aside to deal with a Dragon spirit. 30+ was about pointless training for the group, as they always make the shot and get lucky when needed the training is pointless, this makes the book the same. 14 hours of pointless irrelevant writing. The plot holes, lack of any major storylines is making this whole series a waste of time. At this point I'm pretty sure they are just getting pish onto paper to cash in on people who started the series. With this book and the last book, I wish I had never started.

Doesnt Feel Complete

Struggling to finish. Felt this should have been Book 10/11 instead? Amazing series. Dissapointing end.
