moving, emotional and beautifully read
beautifully read by priscilla herself. emotional at times in that you can hear the joy or sadness in her voice as she recalls key memories.

Fabulous
I loved hearing Priscilla read her own words. Her little chuckle was endearing. It was great to hear the story from her perspective and left me hungry to find out more.

Great listen.

Warm, insightful, cold ...
A great story about a conflicted man. Loving told by the lady who almost knew him best.
particularly loved how Precilla occasionally giggles as she remembers the past events....

A favourite!
This is the third time I’ve read/listened to this book. I love love love Priscilla’s narration. There are parts where she laughs and giggles when recounting the beautiful memories with Elvis which adds a lovely depth, it’s like she’s telling you the stories over coffee. Likewise you can hear the anguish and heartbreak during the tougher parts which makes the whole thing feel more real and human. As an Elvis fan, all parts of him and his life are important to me, the good, the bad, the ugly and in this book Pricilla balances the narrative perfectly, keeping it dignified but honest. Beautiful. Thank you Priscilla.

A great insight into the world if a great man!
Loved hearing just part of Elvis' story by the person who was really the love of his life.
It was also more enjoyable hearing Priscilla actually reading it, bringing her true emotion.
Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this!!

Sweet and so insightful to Elvis the man
I love how sweet this book is as she reads it her sweet giggles and way she describes everything you really can build a picture of what things looked like home her make up it's lovely to here the story's of elvis and his family that you don't normally here it's lovely to here that part of history
Priscilla is so raw with her emotions truthfully about the Highs and low's of life
I got this book after watching the new 2022 movie and I think it goes hand in hand
