I now know the important of Histamine

This is an essential book to understand how histamine levels can affect us. I now understand which foods impact Histamine levels and how to reduce it if there is an intolerance.

An ok listen

The book was only written for people who eat meat. Some additional information was written however it would be more useful if the the book focused on all different diet types
