Meh

I did not like voice, nor how abruptly the speaker introduced himself, now how the meditation just went. It wasn’t relaxing. I would avoid this speaker again.

Knocks me out every time

Disappointed

Very disappointed in what I thought was a book on equanimity but only a very old simple discourse on relaxation. Hello, the year is 2020? We all did this exercise back in thec1970's and this smoove low voice plagiarism is just boring and condescending to intelligence. How did this get featured on audible?
