If I could recommend 1 book to help change your life, this is it.

I have listened to this twice and about to listen again. Using Goldilocks as an analogy, this book is just right. I had listened to other books, watched countless videos on YouTube about intermittent Fasting (IF), autophagy and tried various diets over the years. I had even tried IF briefly before. But when I listened to this book, the penny dropped as everything suddenly made sense, I tried IF again and I haven’t looked back and honestly don’t think I ever will, the guidance is so simple. I wanted to lose weight, but the health improvements have been the biggest game changer for me and some weight loss is an added bonus.

Absolutely fantastic

For someone who has always struggled with weight and always wanted to try IF but was hesitant, this was such an encouraging, motivational, informative and super well balanced between being targeted at the scientific vs lay person.

What I particularly liked was that there is no pushy “you must do x, y, z or else” type messages other than fasting clean.

I also loved that Gin narrated the book herself. You could tell how passionate she is about the subject matter and it’s inspirational.

Excellent and concise guide for beginners and advanced

I’ve been practicing various versions IF for about seven years. But I was being somewhat lackadaisical about it in recent years. This book came up again and again online so I had a listen. So glad I did. I’m now committed to a more sustained practice of IF in my lifestyle. I feel confident I can move forward and keep off those pesky few extra pounds for life!

Easy to understand and listen to

I found it so informative and helpful. I did find there were an awful lot of individuals leaving reviews and comments that went on a bit but overall I'm now more inspired than ever before to make IF my lifestyle choice forever.

Outstanding!

Best lifestyle book ever

Thank you Gin for sharing your knowledge about IF. The book was well written and narrated, keeping me engaged from beginning to end. I lost so much weight after starting the programme and is amazed as there is no trying, it just happens. I can still eat what I like but in a smaller window and delay, don't deny, my favourite treats like pancakes for lunch rather than breakfast. I shared the benefits with my mother and she too is seeing the results. My lifestyle has changed for the better thanks to this book.
