A real eye opener!

Brilliant! A clear and concise book that gives some really useful tips about, not only ways to loose weight, but also really highlights the importance that shifting your mindset plays in achieving weight loss. I’m guilty of being lured into ‘quick fix’ fat loss fads, which have so far, ended in me gaining back the weight because I can’t keep up the extreme methods as they just don’t fit in with my lifestyle long term. This book has been a total eye opener for me - I feel encouraged to implement small changes to my lifestyle that I can maintain in order for me to loose weight, but more importantly sustain that weight loss! I can’t wait to start these lifestyle changes to make a happier (and lighter!) me.. Thank you!
