About this listen
Learn how to ferment food like a pro!
Do you love the taste of kimchi or kombucha?

Does the idea of fermenting scare you because you think it is too complicated?
If you’ve answered yes to these questions, then you have come to the right place.
Fermentation is a process of breaking sugars and carbohydrates down into lactic acid, which adds an acidic and tangy taste. It is also commonly called culturing. The microorganisms, such as yeast and bacteria, are added to the food to break it down. These bacteria are also present in your body, home, and soil. Many people have started fermenting foods, especially meat, because the products can be stored for longer periods.
This process is fascinating, and this audiobook has all the information you need to know to get started.
With this audiobook, you will:

Everybody should try this!
This audiobook contains excellent and comprehensive information. I've paid a lot more for large hardbacks on fermenting already and have not had as useful content. Highly recommend.

Dion Rosser, thanks for valuable title!
This is a good price for an audiobook packed with so much information! I'm especially interested in the fermenting instructions for veggies. There's also a satisfactory number of recipes for smoking meats. I'm looking forward to trying out a bunch of them!

No recipe pdf
Well, the book is great. But, one would think there is an accompanying pdf with the recipes?! It's a bit tricky having to listen to the recipes being read out instead of having them in front of you. It's really flawed because of this which is a shame as the book itself is good
