A must have!!

The prettiest book ever! Although it is geared toward kids, I find it to be entertaining. The emotional exercises address a wide range of topics, such as managing emotions and thoughts, cultivating appreciation, making objectives, and showing loving-kindness. Every workout comes with a cute image. No prior experience with meditation is necessary to perform the exercises, which are simple to learn and put into practice.

Great for kids emotional health!

My 6,5-year-old son was having emotional difficulties with the birth of his sister and the closure of the schools. We created a little meditation area by ordering this book, a floor cushion, and some electric candles. For him, this book completely changed the game. Superb!

Easy to use!!

There are many helpful mindful exercises in this book. The exercises may aid kids in "managing emotions, easing worry, and staying focused," which are skills that truly may benefit everyone, according to the subtitle. For adults, the book also has a useful introduction.

Very useful tools!!

This book comes in helpful to vary the pace and clear the mind with kids home these days with them attending remote learning. Excellent book with kid-friendly meditation exercises. Very helpful tools allow them to return to learning-focused activities.

Highly recommend.

A few times a week, my 4-year-old son likes choosing an activity from this book and trying it. The kid-friendly activities that integrate deep breathing exercises keep his interest. This is a fantastic approach to getting your kids interested in meditation. Regards on a great book!

Great short meditation activities for kids!

This year, I spent a lot of time looking for books about mindfulness for my 3-year-old to have when he gets older. My son is learning how to take deep breaths, and use his imagination. There are a ton of meditation tips presented here that will help many children as they become older. For a wider age range, some are easier and quicker than others. I suggest to it

This is a great tool.

This is a beautiful book. It is jam-packed with wonderful things that kids may do or consider to assist with problems like stress and anger. The drawings are charming and have a calming effect. It's a lovely, calm book that I think many kids would find to be quite beneficial.
