Great book
A great quick and snappy book on incorporating habits to help you become successful. Some of the habits include health and well-being, overcoming self doubt and having the right mindset. If you’re feeling stuck in any area of your life this book is for you

So much great info here!
I loved this compact well written book. I especially like how quickly I could listen to it and get what I needed out of it. The chapter on resilience and mindfulness were great. I didn't think this book would include those but I agree that these things are so important! I definitely plan to listen to this one again!
