I wished I knew all this 10 years ago!

I have not been in a good place lately but luckily I found this audiobook.It´s full of great advice and I can already feel how things are shifting in a more positive direction. I feel more empowered than ever. A big thank you to the author for this great book.

How to reframe your thoughts

This was a fascinating audiobook. It is so true that many people worry about the future or crave the past. What resonated with me was how you can view a situation and reframe your thoughts to push through a difficult time and come out stronger. It is so easy to focus on the negative instead of looking at the positive. I would recommend this audiobook to anybody that wants to develop a healthier mindset.

Informative and Pracical!

The book is informative and provides practical and doable methods for a changed mindset. It is clear and easy to folow. Thinking about wanting to do things is what happens to all but changing the thought process of doing it is another thing. It provides helpful methods to make changes. Listening to the audiobook is helps focus on task and appreciate what I have.
The roadmap is not easy but it is doable.

Already feeling happier in myself!

Wow, what can I say about this book. It is really life changing the 6 practical steps help you really compile your inner thoughts and has helped me make real change in my life. I feel a lot happier already and I only listened to it last week. I always self sabotages whether it was at work or with my friends or my boyfriend however, now I try to stop and think about the situation more closely. I recommend this audiobook to anyone who may be struggling!

A masterclass!

I was astounded by the range of information contained in this audiobook. I feel I have completed a mastermind in psychology, food and fitness, self-help, interpersonal skills, and executive functioning. I have started to focus on my thoughts and I am working on my affirmations. I feel that I now have a strategy to break out of the rut and in the process improve my health and well-being.

I particularly love the information contained in Chapter 4 – Foods and Fitness for Positive Thinking. Who would have thought that diet has such a big part in becoming unstuck? This book is a class act.

Just what I needed!

This was a fantastic listen, from start to finish. It's literally propelled me out of my rut in my work life and I feel renewed with purpose. Some really interesting perspectives on gratitude and how that impacts our forward movement, and some new takes on positive thinking. I'm going to have this handy for when I feel I'm slowing down into old, negative thought patterns. I've already recommended this to a few friends who are stuck in bad relationships too. Great!

All round awesome book!

Truly an amazing book. It uplifts, it guides and it provides real tools and tips to improve your life and your perspective in every way. It motivates and inspires and connects with profound wisdom and simplicity. The book is well written, it keeps your attention, it is witty and funny. It gets the message across in a beautiful way. You can’t come out the other side and not feel renewed. Full of great suggestions and very comprehensive in its content. Its easy to feel stuck and its not always easy to get unstuck. Without question this book will help you through and get you to a better place. Definitely five stars from me!

Great book

I think so many of us are stuck in a cycle of self sabotage and putting ourselves down. This can affect every area of our lives. This is a great book about changing your mindset and seeing things from a different view, like others may see it. It had given me another perspective to focus on

Motivational Self Help

I'm a big fan of self-help and I think this audiobook does a great job of motivating you to take action. Too many books give a lot of the same information (habits etc.), but this book actually helps you to take action instead of just spewing information that you'll forget. Highly recommend!
