Great way to stay fit after an injury
I love hiking and live in an area where I can do it often but never seem to do it as much. This is especially true after a recent foot injury. I'm just getting back into walking. I gained twenty pounds after my injury and look forward to my longer walks. Before my injury, I would walk 5 to 6 miles a day, and now I'm barely able to get one or two in before the pain begins. After listening to decided to take the plunge and change my lifestyle. The author outlines the process in three easy steps. First, take a walk: start slow and build up to the hike. Take a hike: Start with easy and medium hikes once you've built up to this level. Step three is the most fun, make a memory. This step involves documenting the experience and sharing the experience with a friend or loved one. Documenting the experience is crucial for long-term mental health because you can relive those good times. I often take pictures during my walks. I hope to build up to more challenging hikes as well. I recommend this book, and it will change your life.

Good Solid Advice for Anyone
This short listen is right on the money when it comes to a low-impact way to help you lose weight. Walking for an amount of time daily is a great way to do it. Not only is it an effective way to lose weight, but it can also help improve your mindset and how you look at the world. Good solid short listen for some good advice.

Wonderful Book!!
I have always been a huge fan of hiking. This book places into words what I feel about how hiking contributes to health better than being in the gym, in my opinion. I have enjoyed hikes by myself, with my kids, and with my friends!!! This book is definitely a great listen as the narrator is very engaging throughout, and the the info is very well organized and presented. My favorite part was the info on finding your favorite location, I have one so I know, there is no hike like the hike at your favorite spot!! I highly recommend this book to everyone interested in the outdoors and hiking!! Shout out to the author for this awesome book!!

Great for beginners like myself!
I am new to hiking and this was such a great listen and so informative. I didn’t realise there was so much to walking and hiking! I particarly enjoyed the handy tips! I’s definitely recommend 😃

A good motivational book
Waooh a good book for people with low spirits to take decisions. The book is so inspiring. I loved how you shared your experiences along enumerating what is needed to take a walk. I love your statement that pointed out that the dangers of sitting is the new smoking. Listening to your book was a wake up call for me to get up and start walking. Please grab a copy of this book so we can go on a trip together if anyone feels they need a walk.

Great book
This is a great motivating book for those of us who need to move more. It is true that the reader says that sitting is the new smoking. Most of us sit for so much of the day due to our jobs. This book will give you everything you need to know to start walking and hiking for better health

GREAT BOOK!
Great book to describe the 3 easy ways to start a healthy happier life! It's great that the author told us of a free app to track our trails and what kind of shoes to buy. And I will definitely use a walking stick for no on. The author gave us great tips for the walking stick. Must Read!
