One of the best books
One of the best books on bread I have ever listened to. The recipes are well laid out and easy to understand. Buy it to learn how to make bread and the theory about flour, yeast, and techniques. If you are looking for a recipe book you will ignore the best part of this book.

Love this cookbook
As a beginner, I've been looking for some good recipes to use in my bread machine, and so far I love this cookbook! I haven't had time to try them all yet, of course, but I'm happy to now have a variety to experiment with.

Fantastic course!
Fantastic course! I've had fun and enjoyed the challenge of making sourdough bread. Although my loaves are getting much better, they are more spongy when cooking is complete and hard to slice. I'll keep working on it. Overall, I am so happy that I completed the course and look forward to the next course.

Perfect for a beginner

I highly recommend it
I highly recommend taking the course if you are wanting to bake sourdough and develop good habits. The author demonstrates, foresees, and answers questions gives clear directions, and has every step nicely laid out. There are many videos on the net and I have tried and watched many before finding this course. It is well worth the cost of the course and you get to keep it forever.

Clear and precise
Clear and precise instructions by an excellent presenter who is very knowledgeable and experienced. A very professional course that has enabled me to successfully make sourdough bread with every attempt. I often refer to this excellent course when needed as it is a great reference. I recommend it to those that are starting out on their sourdough journey as it is full of crucial information to make beautiful sourdough bread.

Beautiful and detailed book
This is a beautiful and detailed book about bread baking, and a treatise devoted to the importance of ingredients, particularly flour. It's a great cookbook and was even able to recreate an excellent recipe. It's truly about having the proper tools and methods to get the bread correct.

Well laid out
I am a newbie to baking and find this course very informative and easy to follow. I'm always looking and taking classes for gluten-free bread baking and this book has been so much better than most of the other ones, very well explained and easy to understand and the recipes actually totally work! Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge of sourdough bread baking.

Worth it
Listening to this guide is all worth it. The recipes and instructions are clear and easy to access and follow. Learned a lot about how gluten-free baking works. It is allowing me to take my healthy eating to a whole new level. I'm looking forward to trying so many recipes.
