just in time

I've been dealing with a sleep disorder, and this book couldn't have come at a better moment. Achieving a restful, uninterrupted sleep has been a constant struggle for me, given the numerous adult responsibilities I have to juggle. This book provides a thorough examination of methods to improve sleep quality. After listening to it, I'm genuinely inspired to put into practice some of the ideas it presents.
