It goes over how to hear out your employees, not talk over them, good body language, bad body language, learning everyone's name, and verbally communicating a task followed by a written communication for better understanding. My favorite part of this book is asking employees from various departments for feedback on your leadership style. That is key! Another area I liked from the book is the 10/50/99 feedback approach, which is excellent practice. I highly recommend this book!
