About this listen
Bangkok, March 2018. The world looked on in horror as millions of innocent lives were snuffed out in a matter of hours. Countless men, women, and children slaughtered without mercy, torn apart by a violent mob that attacked without reason, motive, or warning.
Tom Freeman witnessed the aftermath. He reported on the tragedy and looked into the eyes of the sole survivor, an old friend, and what he saw looking back sent him running home to the United States. Back to safety. Back to a place where the world made sense, and the putrid stink of the dead didn't haunt his nightmares....
Turns out he didn't run quickly enough. They're coming.
Remain indoors...
Gather supplies...
Find a weapon...
The zombies are here, and they're hungry.
Hunger is the opening novel of the thrilling and terrifying Last Man Standing zombie apocalypse survival series.

Great narration and story
I do love a zombie book written by Keith Taylor and narrated by Matthew Crow both are such a great time. These are just fun books to listen to and it was a nice easy listen.
Oh I just cant wait for the next one in the series.
Do yourself a favour and just disappear into this world for a while.

Very Good!Hunger
This is a very good short listen Zombie book. Characters were well developed and interesting. Story is fast paced as they try to escape the advancing flesh eaters. It seemed to end very suddenly but I suppose this leaves plenty more to be added in future releases. Highly recommended. Matthew Crow's narration is spot on and really brings the book to life!
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the narrator and leave this honest review.

It's ok
It starts off very slow with a journalist interviewing someone about how the apocalypse started. Then once the interview is over, he goes on to tell the story of what happened to him when the SHTF.
Overall the story was just ok and it also ends on a cliffhanger.

Excellent zombie book.
As always it’s great to hear Matt crow narrating a zombie book. Narration was spot on and couldn’t fault it.
The story itself, although short, was very well written and kept me listening the whole time.

A great short story
This was the first zombie audiobook I have ever listened to. I found the start quite boring, however it got better midway. It is a story about a couple trying to escape the flesh eating zombies. They go through a lot together just for it to end like that…
I found the narration a bit emotionless. Might be the reason why I did not enjoy the audiobook as much as I thought I would. The story and narration sounded boring at the start.
