Summary

"I need to quit" is a phrase that all smokers use from time to time. Smokers also tend to dismiss it and continue to carry on in their addiction. This book is intended for listeners who are asking themselves if they are ready to quit.

Upbeat and motivational

I have read many self help books and tried hypnosis (which I just slept through), I found this book different. Firstly it’s short, when you are ready to quit, and spent many hours reading books you may like me be put off by hours of listening to hear what you already know. Secondly, it’s motivational and upbeat ... I needed that... I was already disheartened I needed bringing up emotionally and quickly. It worked for me... I don’t know what made me choose this book, it had no reviews but I found what I needed when I needed it and so now I am writing the first review. I’m not sure how helpful it would be if you were not already ready to quit and just needed a springboard ... but I suspect it would be helpful for anyone even if you are not quite ready.

short sweet and to the point

I' had already picked date to quit when I read/listened as part of my preparation to quit with quit date only a couple of days away and doubts I can do it (this time) creeping in it certainly gave the boost that I needed to feel I could do it (this time)...im sure I will be re reading/listening as I go through my journey of quitting on the tough days for that much needed boost to continue on my quest ...
