Losing weight at this age

I am very appreciative that this book exists. I just started IF 4 weeks ago, and even though I've already experienced victory days and defeat days, this book helped not only give me a realistic view for my expectations, but a confidence in myself at the same time

Easy to follow,

I am approaching 50 years of age and having always had weight problems I live with the fear of not being able to lose the extra kilos, or rather of putting on more because of the menopause. I got this book on the advice of a friend who started the intermittent diet six months ago. I am happy with this purchase.

Losing weight after 50

I am over 50, work behind a computer all day, and have missed my fasting times. I picked this to reacquaint myself with the fasts, I usually do a 12 hour, and to lose some gained weight. Fasting is essential and most religions have accepted fasts for spiritual enlightenment and cleansing. Fasting is a great way to lose weight, reset the metabolism, and regain energy. This book offers meals plans, recipes, and encouragement while fasting.

Great information on over 50 fasting

You will know what the benefits are, the different methods available to practice and how to add exercise to help you get healthy. I enjoyed the many easy recipes and I especially enjoyed the meal plan with daily exercises because it made it easier to start. I've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks! Great book.
