Very useful audible
This is a very useful book for those wanting to change their way of thinking about diets! It’s not about “ Diets “ it’s about the way you want to feel inside as well as outside, it’s a walk to a lifetime of wellness,energy,etc.I rated this book a 5star because I am now on my journey to feeling so much better, body,mind, and soul! Very useful audible
This is a useful book. It delivers what it promises—a ketogenic diet for beginners. It explains the body chemistry; it enumerates the carb-laden foods and their keto-friendly counterparts. It gives you some basic recipes and offers some basic menus. It lists the cooking implements and appliances that will facilitate food preparation. It offers information on exercise and it provides 'support' information—methods to facilitate the reader's switch to a new diet.

Well explained!
This book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first weeks meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the book. There are some typos regarding the amount of ingredients listed in the weekly shopping list, so be sure to verify the list against the recipes.

Awesome diet plan
If you're just starting on the Keto diet I highly recommend this book ! The author emphasizes how important it is to test for ketosis when you first start out the diet when you first start eating low carb. I hgihly agree with her in that it's not only a great confidence booster but also essential to knowing if you're doing things right or wrong and whether or not changes have to be made to be on track with your goals.
