Help with Productivity
The author does a great job of making this a no-frills self-help guide. It’s clear, concise, but is interesting enough to make you want to research more on your own. All examples on how to improve your habits and retrain your brain are relatable and the reader can easily imagine these in practice with their own life.

Concise and eye-opening
This book is a great resource to revisit over and over. Not overly complex- broken down into short and simple sections with clear steps and instructions (keep it simple, stupid).

A great self-help audiobook.
The author brought many key points that changed the way I see life. The big theme is to embrace change and embrace life's uncertainties. Many of us get caught up in feeling sorry for ourselves and the internal chatter that focuses on our misery and failures.

Train your brain!
This book is fascinating! I love learning about how the brain works, and this book was so helpful in showing how we can train our brains to be more efficient to get more of what we want out of life! But it's also about balance which is something I've been lacking recently. Excited to re-read it to solidify the ideas within and then start to train my "puppy" [brain]! I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to get the most from their brains while also living a happy, balanced, life.

A worthy addition
I appreciated the length of chapters that were bite-sized enough where I could pick up this book through the day, read a chunk, and go on to other tasks to think about the information in that section. I’ve also always thought of meditation as a calming technique, but this book has reframed it as a focus technique which is motivating me to pick up the practice again.
