Refreshingly honest
It is refreshing to listen to a book that is so honest about how overwhelming life can be and then how easy it becomes to lose a bit of connection with your partner and to feel you are letting your family down. I loved the chapters on Mindfulness and Self care, especially the reminder that it takes time but the benefits will make the days not only happy but fulfilling.

Very Interesting
Listening to this made think of the possible future for me. I truly enjoyed this, it was very interesting because as I am still in the stage that I am still mingling around and all. I have heard a lot of people, their married-family lives and it really made you think of yours soon. It was a fun listen indeed. This could help in the future if I ever get married and anyone.

Five stars
This was just the book I needed to remind me that I can have it all. As a mom of a teenager and a young baby I felt so tired all the time and felt like I had no time for my relationship. This audio book opened my eyes to lots of ideas and tips to make it all work better for me and my family. Would recommend!

Encouraging and helpful
This book has given me great starting points on how to connect back to my partner after having our first babies and how to manage being a mum and wife. It has good step by step processes suggested and helped me get a bit of spark back that we had.
Can recommend!
