Summary
Following the shocking events of Never Say Die, Alex Rider's world has changed: his biggest enemy, the evil organization Scorpia, has been destroyed. Alex is hoping his life can finally go back to normal, that he can go to school and spend time with his friends - but very quickly everything changes. A new and dangerous criminal organisation - Nightshade - is rising.

I love the Alex Rider series
I love Alex Rider the books are so good to relax with while I craft in the afternoons. During lockdown I have become an avid reader of thrillers etc

Thrilling adventure
I come to this series ready to suspend my disbelief and experience a child-like thrill of adventure. This book delivers in spades. I spotted one glaring error in the dialogue in the psychologist's office, but apart from that it was pretty well put together

Gripping story, fantastic narration
As an adult listening to teen books on long car journeys with my teenage boys, I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoy this series.
This current narrator is excellent.
We can't wait for the next book, but no we might be waiting ages.
