Amazing story and even more amazing VA
It's such a shame that Gilliland has such a bad microphone! His narration of this book was amazing.

Love this book
It's my second time reading/listening to this book as a preparation for book 2.
I love the world build and how the main character is different from the normal characters we get.
The world build is intricate and compelling. I lived every minute in and I am looking forward for the next book.

Only ok
The premise is good. Character are a bit one dimensional. Magic system is pretty bad. MC is a bit stupid and annoying. Gonna check the next book as I have nothing else to read.
