Ocean side relaxation

There are different ways to relax, and this audiobook just takes it to another level with creativity. If you can't go to the beach, then why not bring the beach home...hmmm.. maybe without the sunshine and the sand. This audiobook gives you the best of oceanside sounds taking your imagination miles away. Close your eyes and relive the moment.

A beautiful way to relax, unwind and fall asleep

This unique book of pure ocean sounds is exactly that – pure ocean sounds. I didn’t think it would have an effect on me but when I let go and just let myself be I was able to enjoy the splashing, dashing, restless sea. I think it’s a wonderful way to relax and fall asleep. It is also a beautiful reminder of the power of mother nature. Beautiful indeed.

Very Peaceful

Absolutely wonderful. I really love the nature sounds and water (rain & the ocean) is my favorite Definitely give this a listen in a relaxed environment to meditate and wash your stress away. I love how this was so refreshing to listen to that it made my day seem brighter and positive as I listen to it in the morning. The sound quality is excellent too! Thank you for putting this one out as many people will be wanting to experience this! 5 stars!

Great for relaxing and being mindful!

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I love the ocean and going the beach. This provides a great escape for those times when you cannot get there immediately. Great for relaxing and being mindful . Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing!

There is something so peaceful and relaxing about listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean after a long hard day surrounded by people and traffic. This is a great sound to use as you meditate in the morning or at the end of the day. The stress of the day just seems to slip away when I put this on and focus on myself and lose myself in the sounds of nature. Bonus this also works well as white noise to fall asleep to.

Fell in Love Again

I have recently focused on sleep and meditation to help me unwind and relax. The first time I saw the ocean and beautiful beaches was when I reported to duty on the US Midway in 1972. I fell in love with the sounds of the pacific ocean. This audiobook is a straight forward simple recording of the ocean sounds. I now use it repeatedly while writing and to relax with a nice glass of wine (chocolate bar - San Antonio Wines in California). Various parts of the recording cause me to vividly recall the sights and sounds, especially the crashing sounds of water against the rocks, as I remember watching the water moving in and out across the beach. Listening to this makes me want to pack a bag and drive to the beach to relax.
