Some cracking idea

This is a very monotonous and boring book which puts you to sleep by boring your brain cells into oblivion. It doesn’t stop you from waking up in the middle of the night though, so getting a full night sleep will depend on what type of insomnia you are suffering from. I find the idea of listening to something really painfully boring a very good idea indeed ( e.g. Latin grammar rules or how to make and prop up pillows), at some point it just becomes so boring that your brain gives up. It’s worth a try if you are struggling to fall asleep, although for me sleep hypnosis has similar effects, mixing up things and use various tools is great.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
