About this listen
“Careful there, Robbie.” My sweater obscured part of my sight, and my fogged-up glasses managed to take care of the rest of it, but I’d recognize that voice anywhere, even after eight long years. It was deeper now, a bit more gravelly, but it most definitely belonged to the guy I’d spent most of my early teenage years pining after. My first - and unrequited - love.
“Troy?” I exclaimed, blinking my confusion as he helped pull my sweater the rest of the way off. Troy Jacobs' gorgeous lips twitched in amusement. “You remember me. Didn’t know if you would."
“Oh, I remember you,” I mumbled. Hard to forget your first kiss - or the first guy you ever loved.
A 9,600 word short story about first love, second chances, and family.

Good short listen
This is the perfect book if your looking for a quick listen with a sweet HEA ending.
The only complaint I have is that it was to short and felt rushed as though the author wasn’t allowed to go over a certain number of words.
Both characters were sweet and met when they were young and shared a first kiss, forward 8 years and they meet up again. Kenneth’s narration was on point and brought the characters to life more then the book did, his female characters were really good in this one and sounded female rather then a rough female that some other male narrators do.
Overall would I listen to this again, yes I would as although it felt to short it was still a really good book that will be good for paperwork days at work or doing the housework

A short but sweet story
Robbie and Troy get a second chance after years of not seeing each other, but Robbie still remembering their first kiss. Were his eyes deceiving him, having Troy back in his life?
This is a very short but pure second chance romance.
I loved Kenneth's narration, clean, easy to listen and very pleasant on the ears, I listened at 1.10 speed on Audible.

Sweet Christmas story
I thought it was a sweet story and I liked how they met again a little older and wiser. Perfect little read before Christmas.

Cute, fast listen
OK this was super cute and sweet. I enjoyed it a lot. It was really quick and my only complaint was that it felt a little like a prologue. I know novellas are supposed to be quick but the ending on this one felt just a little cut off. But It really was a sweet story and I enjoyed it.

Lovely short story
Just over an hour of Troy and Robbie. Troy is Robbie's first kiss when he is 14 yrs old, then Troy moves away. Many years later Robbie is coming home for Christmas and Troy is there as he is trying to get over the death of his father. They pick up where they left and it's sweet
