Summary

Born to a rarified breed of Russian aristocracy, Kraven the Hunter had stalked and killed every animal known to man and considered himself the world's best big-game hunter. It was this confidence that brought him to New York years ago, in an obsessive quest to hunt what he considered the city's greatest prey: Spider-Man.

But his target eluded him time and again, mocking him at every turn.

Now, after years of crushing defeats against the web-slinger, Kraven has hatched one last plan to best Spider-Man. In a stunning instant of shocking violence, Kraven stands finally triumphant over Peter Parker's seemingly dead body. And to prove that he is the hero's master...Kraven will pull on his costume and become him!

This GraphicAudio® Production is adapted from the graphic novel by J.M. DeMatteis and Mike Zeck.

Brilliant and Fantastic Spidey Thriller audiobook

This audiobook was superbly produced. Graphic Audio developed a supreme audiobook with a cast of actors of being very professional in their voices and characterizations , having impressive sound effects and appropriate story theme music. The narrator was first class and was eloquent, easy to listen to and clearly interested in the story. The story was a psychological Spiderman drama as much as it was a thriller and was dark in its theme which was an appealing change to other Spiderman stories. I remember reading the Spiderman comics of Kraven's Last Hunt when they first were published. The script and artwork were awesome. Now the story is available as a graphic novel. This audiobook brought the story to life with great passion of the actors, actresses and narrator. The production staff were fabulous in making this audiobook give the story the well deserved audio 'Movie in your mind' treatment. Hats off to Marvel and Graphic Audio in producing a stunning audio drama collaboration.
