Memories From My Childhood
This was the first book I read cover to cover as a child. I still have a copy I took out of the library in 1976. I’m waiting for a fines amnesty before I return it :)
A wonderful story, beautifully told. I cannot recommend this highly enough for your child or the child in you.

Read this at school, probably about 35+ years ago.

Why I like with of the dump
This is one of my favourite books as the idea of a caveman living in a dump using the things people put into the dump to survive strikes me that if I did not know better might be true in other words I LOVE with of the dump

My 6 year old son loves this book as much as I did
I listened to this Martin Jarvis version of stig of the dump when I was a child. My son loves it too. Just William next me thinks 😊
