A no holds barred way to absolve stress!

The audiobook provides a very reassuring narrative that stress is prevalent and normal within our society, helping you to feel less alien in such a disconnected world. The first step to overcoming stress is the admission of this fact. It’s a sure-fire way to lead you into the stress-free life that we’ve always dreamed of by understanding our stress triggers to take away with their power.

The audio book helps you to view the positive attributes of stress and diminishes the weight of the negative. It helped me to cure my insomnia and my inability to deal with confrontation. It’s packed full of inspirational quotes around placed around great practical methods which can help you instil confidence within yourself. The author; Sarah Wright provides simplistic and beneficial advice that helps you to diffuse stress as it’s happening and teaches you to simplify your life so that you don’t have to miss out on any of the good stuff. Overall this was a huge help

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Absolutely, because so many people in this world are now stressed / anxious / worried etc. It’s a ticking time bomb for a lot of people. This book is really helping me with overcoming my feelings of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. I feel more confident, capable and in control now and continue to work on this each and every day.

Very good

I liked it. The other clearly understands stress and how it affects people in many different ways. some of the elements of this book were not relevant to me, but I could recognise that they would be for others. parts that were relevant for me were incredibly insightful and interesting to learn about. I would recommend this book

Stress and anxiety NO MORE

Anxiety has followed / plagued me all my life. I have tried a lot. Meds and therapy and so much more. Honestly - I learnt more from this book than all my previous things combined! Amazing and I will be eternally grateful!
