Being a student I'm always stressed out about different things going on in my life and study. The author has done a great job in highlighting our purpose of life and indulging ourselves in various other activities that change our perspective and make us less stressed and more of a happy person. The book contains excellent content on how to stay firm, positive and maintain our mental health. I felt a lot better after listening to this book. Very informative!

It's a great choice! Perspective changing
So far, it has helped me to connect with myself and understand my fears, and the way my own mind operates...
Amazing work by the author. We definitely have our minds running miles per hour with this way of living, technology, smart devices, which creates this stressful urge for everything at the same time. I'm not surprised that we develop anxiety, and books like this one are much more than essential, it is a must!

Fantastic audiobook
Learned a lot about different ways in how it can make an impact on our mental health and overall well being. This book will teach you most of what you need to know to maintain brain, body and how to to Reducing Stress, Relieving Anxiety, Decluttering the Mind, and Being Happy.

Great read!
This book provided a wealth of information related to improving mental health. I've struggled with anxiety for most of my life and had already been practicing mindfulness. This book has added more information and guidance to help keep my mental health in check. Highly recommend!

Amazing listen to relieve your stress!
Beautifully crafted work that helps those suffering from anxiety and stressful situations. This is a common problem in today's society and Tammy Gallagher addresses it well. Healing your mind and ridding yourself of negative thoughts and people are essential for coming to terms with your issues. I highly recommend anyone in need of getting relief from daily stressors to listen to this masterfully narrated book by Kristen Osborne. Two thumbs way up!

Declutter Your Mind
This high-quality audiobook helps one to declutter their mind. The author reminds us that using positive thoughts and words is very important. I found this information very useful in helping mathematics students. I have been a teacher of mathematics for nearly 20 years. My primary job is at a continuation high school. My job is to help students recover their credits. The pandemic and loss of learning have brought about new challenges for teachers who now deal with social-emotional learning. The first task is to help students improve their mindset about learning mathematics.
The author wrote the book for those who want a positive tool to help lead a positive and healthy life. This process helps eliminate the demons that say one can’t do this or that. Everyone has a right to be happy with self-development, inner peace, and happiness. This book is about taking control and taking action. There are many areas of improvement regarding mental health. Mental Health – Mental Peace is an invaluable resource, regardless of where you are in your journey, which can travel with you as you continue to grow.

Great Guide For Stress and Anxiety Relief!
With everything happening in the world today, it's extremely important to focus on your mental health. I found this book to be insightful and helpful in helping me not only understand my stressors but also reduce and incorporate simple and practical ways to manage my stress overall. The author does a great job of getting to the core of stressors that can impact the way you cope or deal with anxiety. Great book and would highly recommend it!

"Look after your mind."
Mental peace in this fast-going world is hard to find. A person must start a journey of self discovery so he can find peace easily.
