Great framework for understanding and thinking about connection. Easy-to-listen to audio, and great story telling throughout. Loved it, would definitely recommend as we can all use a bit more mindfulness and awareness around how we communicate!

Life changing book - for all levels of communicators
I found the advice and scientific backing in this book incredibly helpful. I am someone seen as an excellent communicator, my family & friends often come to me for advice. But I have always struggled with the really hard conflict conversations and this gave me a method to have them in a safer, more effective way. I am already applying the approach personally and professionally and seeing and feeling the difference. THANK YOU!

Interesting books
Some extremely interesting ideas conveyed. Easy to listen to, not a chore in the slightest. Great book for those wishing to increase their communication skills and understanding how to become a super communicator. I would recommend!

Essential
Sleep for 8 hours. Put yourself in the other persons shoes. See things from their point of view. Ask how the felt about working, living, creating, being or doing. Genuinely listen and show this by asking “if I understand you correctly..” Repeat this with everyone you interact with. The level of engagement from people increases 10x. Just finished the audio book and about to relisten while I walk.
