About this listen

A practical guide for invoking the power and blessings of Tara, the beloved female Buddhist deity of Tibet

In her myriad forms, Tara - also known as the female Buddha of Tibet - has the power to protect us from inner and outer negativity, illuminate our self-sabotaging habits, cleanse mental and physical poisons, open us to abundance, give us strength and peace, help us fulfill our life purposes, and more. Here, listeners explore each of the 21 manifestations of Tara, engaging with each through traditional meditations, visualizations, praises, mantra chants, and the author's extensive experience as a depth psychologist.

Excellent book - lovely soft voice.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening. Tara and her 21 emanations are very beautifully explained and described. The book filled my heart and I feel so safe with Tara. The real life stories aren’t tedious as can be with some books. The only downside for me if you buy the cards as they don’t show pictures of each of the Tara’s details and expressions as described - just one face in all the different colours… but it was explained to me that this is the lineage.

Deep, reflective and usable introduction to Tara

I run group coaching for women who are wanting to develop storytelling, it has taken a spiritual path as we are examining the stages of the heroines journey. As part of the group we are studying the strengths, values and myths and legends of women, goddesses, as we reconnect consciously with out divine feminine. I was drawn to Tara in a ton of synchronicies she is the third goodness I have led the group to rolling Kali and Quan Yin and this book has been a gift to me a perfect tie in with Quan Yin from the beginning and a very practical book to use and understand. I am recommending this book to my group and to anyone who wants to develop and grow their divine nature as a woman.
