I liked how the book showed a way forward and how we can transition into a better healthier lifestyle and combat these modern day diseases like Diabetes.

Inspiring
This book has inspired me to get the book and recipe book.
I’ve recently been prescribed Metformin, ramipril and atorvastatin, I’m not happy taking any of them so I’m going to give myself a chance with these recommendations

Great book, and Fab diet
love Dr M.Mosley, his explanation of the science that supports this method of changing your diet is well presented. I have followed the fast 800 and lost 17kg in just 8 weeks. I listened the 8 week blood sugar diet to support and re-energise my efforts as I still have about 20kg to lose..

loved the book, has lots of tips and really easy to listen too. I would recommend trying this before you poison yourself with medication that, in the end will fail.
