Although its mission is quite specific, its very existence is the closely guarded secret of a society sworn to recover it—a task which proves to be far more challenging than they could ever have suspected.

An engrossing epic tale
I took a while to get into this book, but once I did, I was completely absorbed. An enthralling and captivating tale spanning centuries. I also thoroughly enjoyed the narrator's performance. Top marks all round. Looking forward to more from both author and reader.

A great novel Novel
Riano has done it again with his unique story telling. A great story (or is it several stories linked by a common theme?).
How sad that the ending is typical of the world today, where competing powers dont see the greater good, only their wish to be bigger and better than everyone else.
Highly recommend.
