horrible histories meets harry potter

i will start by saying that I'm in my 40's.... and i have no children. i occasionally escape my humdrum life with a simple fantasy book where i can just let my mind wander and on this occasion i was delighted the book i chose. i have never been fond of walliams nor his humour however this book was exciting, very funny and full of non-stop adventure. i went through it in a single sitting and will be looking at other books of his in future.
the reading was great, each voice was perfect for their part.

Great storytelling

We absolutely loved this story which we listened to in the car with our grandchildren. So easy to pick up each time we restarted because the acting and story were so memorable! Thank you
