When Murph Cooper rocks up to his new school, he can't help but feel a bit out of his depth. And it's not because he's worried about where to sit, and making friends, and fitting in, or not knowing where the loos are. It's because his mum has enrolled him at a school for superheroes by mistake. And unlike his fellow students Murph has no special abilities whatsoever. But just because you don't have superpowers, it doesn't mean you can't save the day....

Summary
Brought to you by Puffin.
A brand-new adventure beyond your wildest dreams, from the best-selling authors of Kid Normal.
Unlike most 12-year-olds, Maya Clayton is desperate to go to bed early. Falling asleep is the only chance she has to save her dad - the brilliant but slightly odd Professor Dexter.
The professor invented a device that allows you to visit other people's dreams. But the devious Lilith Delamere has trapped him inside a nightmare, and Maya and the mysterious Dream Bandits must find a way to rescue him before it's too late!
Maya will face a dangerous journey and some difficult choices. But sometimes all you need is a dream...and a bit of courage.
Featuring a hospital heist, some banana-loving llamas and a talking cat called Bin Bag, this is one mind-bending adventure you won't want to wake up from.

I love it 😍
I listen to all of the Kid Normal books and stumbled across The Great Dream Robbery and sampled it. As soon as I heard the first sentence I new it was for me. I love Greg James and Chris Smith’s voices and how they interact with each other like there reading it next to me.
I love it so much. Very imaginative and I wonder if it was dreamed of and thats why it’s about dreams. Nothing wrong about it, they can’t make it any better.

Annoying asides
Generally I have to admit it was a good story and very entertaining but at some points, the authors went off on one with their own frivolous asides that not only broke the fourth wall and distracted from the story but they also took ages screaming (literally) and singing songs, repeating lines in slow motion and generally slowing down the story. Those parts were annoying and boring. If they were edited out, this would have been a 5 star review.
