Great insight

Ideal book for beginners and generally most real estate investor. Lots of insights, although perhaps better to buy the hard copy as there is graphs, calculations etc

Excellent for basics

This book is extremely good at bringing to the forefront the keys to real estate investment. While it focuses on buying, improving, renting and flipping it also gives a firm basis of the numbers side. The addition sources download is a 136 file packed with Charts forms and tables. Perfect to get you started!!

A Jewel For Beginner

This book starts by how the writer trying to teach his son about money and investment. Hence, making it a powerful guide for us. it depicts how the writer really explain his understanding of the millionaires to his son.
