Professional aproach
Its very similar to other books on decluttering. There is no special type of aproach, no aha moment here but it's book of good quality. I really like she made a schedule how to tackle the whole house part by part. There is few good tips like not keeping kids toys in their bedroom. I've never thought about the kids toys as disruptive to their sleep but it makes perfect sense. If they are surrounded by these toys they may think about them and have difficulty falling asleep. Living room might be better place for toys then. Also keeping next size of children clothes under their bed is good thought. I didn't listen too carefully though. I think it's best listen to small portion everyday while making the effort to follow it's instructions so I'll listen to it once again. I just wish there was accompanied PDF.
