Beautiful and inspiring

I love the narration in this book. Being mg British it’s easy to relate to but my friend, who’s American heard it and also really warmed to her voice. It’s very important with a book like this. I’ve found this really helpful and it’s given me a nee sense of purpose and self worth. It teaching you to not take the good things in life for granted, to appreciate what’s around you and most importantly, yourself. I love the chapter on nurturing your soul. I felt such a level of calm and contentment during and after the book. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to better themselves though positive habits and self care!

A great way to start your day.

If you wake up and play this while you go about your morning activities, the rest of your day will be shown to you in a brighter light. The power of the mind is a very powerful thing and the author has illustrated that perfectly. My favorite chapter had to be the one devoted to the power of gratitude. It can be challenging to implement the advice given in this chapter but the mental benefits you will receive are amazing once you get comfortable with it.

Simply beautiful

This is a pretty thorough guide to wellness & overall self-care. I found out so many amazing facts that before had not even considered, mind, body & spirit. I'm used to just getting on with life, as probably most of us are. So this opened my eyes and after listening to this, will be following some of the chapters over & over. The chapter about brain fog is one that describes me pretty well and does a brilliant job of helping and overcoming.

Goes a long way to understanding & helping with all aspects of mind, body & spirit.

Mindset shift towards positivity

This audiobook is a warm and compassionate reminder that we do have the power to change things. It's a great listen for whenever you feel lost or unfulfilled (for me, quite often). I especially love the self-evaluation tests, and the steps to overcome stress and doubt. It made me realize it's actually natural to feel unhappy sometimes, and that it is ok. Super positive and encouraging vibes. It is possible to change and feel better!

Inspiring!

It was a perfect timing, which is so ironic. This book had been an inspiration to give myself a self-care that I've always need. Its quite hard at first because you overthink and all, but its been a great guide to love myself even more than ever. Just positive vibes is all we need to get through this life, whatever this is. Must have book!

This book is a holistic guide to wellbeing, mindfulness and happiness. 
I wanted to get started on my wellness journey and learn how to know myself, grow my mindset, feed my body and mind, and this book has helped me. It contains a lot of useful information, positive habits and tips. I particularly liked chapter 5 - about gratitude and positive affirmations.
Stress is part of our everyday life but sometimes it can impact our health and immune system. Taking care of ourselves should be our top priority and this book is a great resource for learning it !

Short and sweet

I found this audiobook to be a nice, holistic guide to approaching and improving one’s well-being. It starts off with the notion that happiness isn’t some far off place we should be striving for but something that exists inside of us all the time that we must tap into. The book then goes through all the ways by which we can do just that.

I especially loved the wisdom around purpose, authenticity, and meaning. Listening to our hearts and bodies can be extremely helpful in cultivating well-being, and this book reminds us of that through its various teachings. It also talks about stress and how to combat it through various forms of self care. I enjoyed those passages as well.

All in all, it’s a very informative and quick listen. I certainly recommend it.

All around great resource

Everyone is looking to be better in their lives. This book broke it down of how we can do better. There are actionable steps in this book that I plan on taking to continue on my journey to being satisfied in my life. There are so many outside distractions that we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. This book helped me to re-center. Great book for anyone looking to bring/continue peace for themselves

Feed Your Mind!

Feed your mind with positive thoughts. I like chapter 2 where mindset explained to details. Our belief systems shape up our system and fuel our potential. Powerful words which is true. Whatever we feed our mind it will manifest in our body. It will end up also sometimes blaming ourselves by the negative thoughts we ourselves put in our mind. This audiobook will teach us a lot of things that we can apply in our daily lives. The beliefs in our minds reflect how we live our lives. Recommended audiobook. Great resource. Great job.

The A-Z guide for well-being

You will not believe the amount of amazing information in this audiobook! There are so many schools of thought for self-care, and choosing what to do can be complicated. This teaches you a ton of options, and you'll finish the book with a bunch of actionable ideas. So cool. I love the narrator too.

water your own garden

in a fast-paced and hectic world, it is crucial that you slow down and take a moment to focus on yourself. For me personally, i didn't know what that would look like, between working more than full time and always putting my wife and kids first i thought it would be selfish to focus on myself. This book really opened me up to the importance of taking care of myself. The truth is the more you focus on your own habits and wellness the better of a person i am for everyone around me.

This book is very helpful

This book has shown me that a sense of purpose and having mental wellness are important in being happy.
It goes further to state that happiness is not a destination, a new car, etc.
The book highlighted to me how earning from doing eternal things, living an authentic life, focusing on what I have, while growing as a person and learning along the way, are all important in being happy and for me to have overall well-being.

Great starting point for anyone!

In a short book, this explores several different areas about well-being. Some things may be reminders for what you already know (and should be doing, but you're too stubborn to do) in addition to new ideas to be your most authentic self. The "Creative Brain Ed" section was my favorite!

A very comprehensive Guide for wellness

I am a firm believer in the premise that we are here in this life with a purpose and this audiobook just help me to validate and confirmed that premise, this purpose is what brings meaning to our existence. In a simple explanation yet very powerful the author made realized that pursuing external goals does not bring me happiness but internal contentment with what I have, also in chapter 4 on “Nurture your soul” the importance of self-care includes connecting with others and being involved in a community.
What I liked the most were the strategies, tools, and activities provided throughout the audiobook, especially those where I could practice while taking a walk (going on a date with yourself 😊, or at home. I’m taking full advantage of the visualizations I can use on a daily basis.
In chapter 6 (The strength of stillness), the Audiobook introduced me to Meditation, a practice that has become a daily routine for me, I found myself going back to the guided visualizations which made me feel more aware of my surroundings. I did like how the topics in each chapter integrate nicely altogether as a comprehensive approach to mental and physical wellness.
The narrator does an extraordinary job on this Audiobook, it kept me attentive and engaged. I loved it!. All in all, an excellent Audiobook that deserves a 5 star!

I got to know who I really was - Must read!

I've been struggling with negativity a lot and it affects my emotions, therefore my intimate relationship. I was given this feedback and it's been causing me a lot of pain. Thankfully, this book guided me to learn how to care for my mind, body and spirit and I couldn't recommend it more for any person who is feeling just stuck in life. Must read!
