Really recommend this book for everyone

This book audiobook is interesting and helpful. I like the suggestions provided to tackle the feeling of worthlessness. I found the guidelines provided helpful in understanding and simplifying emotions. Depression is another emotion that is quite common of late. The author goes through numerous effective ways to cope with and tackle depression. This is an informative book for individuals that may be going through various challenges and need something to help boost their self-esteem.

An uplifiting tool!

Life changing book!

That book did really help me to finally wake up from my dreams and put myself together.. After 5 years of relationship, my heart was broken, to be honest and it was so difficult to heal from it. I did not focus on myself and let everything go... My job my goals even some of my friends. It was a hard time but this book as the subtitle says helped me from this hopelessness and I'm finally back on track in my life!

Very motivational!

This is a good book on self love and healing.

The author explains how to recognize depression and general anxiety with the self, steps to take in understanding these feelings and the healing journey to a better life.

I particularly liked the holistic healing chapter as it offers natural ways to self healing.

I recommend this book to anyone in self doubt or suffering from low self esteem and depression as it will help and support you.

Little gem book

Everybody who is in a dark place must read this book.
It's about compassion, acceptance, mindfulness, love, empathy and positivity.
Very well-written and well-narrated, this is a good tool for coping with depression. 
The author says "we are alive" and there is always hope and a way out from unwanted situations. 

This is a very helpful book and I highly recommend it!

Gave me a mindset change

Its perfect

I have a friend who is dealing with feeling of being hopeless. At first, I have no idea how to help him. But upon hearing this, made me have a confidence to help him and get his self worth. He always think about ending his life which made it hard for me to help him. But now I can. Thanks to this.

Suitable for anyone to listen!

Regardless if you formally have a mental health diagnosis or you're going through a rough time, this book is a nice resource to have and listen to as you have time throughout the day. So Useful!

Love, compassion and empathy

I was surprised by the tone of this book.
It is more straightforward and logical than I expected, but the more I listened to the more powerful and uplifting I found it.
Maybe it was just hearing the same old clichés in a different format, but the author lays out a path to intrinsic happiness in a clear, concise, and convincing fashion.
I was very impressed, and am sure this will help many people find a positive path forward, especially in these challenging times.

Uplifting

This was an uplifting listen for those of us who tend to get down on life from time to time. Narrator did a good job as well.

Had some great mind set shift ideas. Discussed ways to heal and how to keep going and moving forward. “Light at the end of the tunnel”
