This is a very enjoyable book

My girls 9 & 11 loved this book. They didn't want it to end. Girls wanted to know who came and got the children?

Poor narration

As an Irish person I found the twee Ireland accent hard to listen to without cringing.

I wish I hadnt listened

I heard this book read aloud in primary school man years ago and remember it fondly. However, I am very disheartened now that I have heard it read again; badly. It should gave remained a fond memory - sadly no longer.
