A must read for anyone interested in maintaining a healthy body

I heard Daniel being interviewed on the Vinnie Tortorich NSNG podcast and immediately downloaded and listened to the audio book.
This book is fantastic, it explains everything so well and backs it all up with research. It tells you what you should be eating to stay healthy, what you shouldn’t! It explains in depth about the great cholesterol myth, why statins are a very bad idea for most, and why grains, sugar and vegetable oils are killing us! If you want to loose weight, reverse diabetes and live a longer fuller life this book will start you on your way.
Oh, and read really well by the author too, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
