A fantastic book
A wonderful health book.
Sal is such a great guy with endless knowledge on overall health, he has helped so many people understand the positive effects of maintaining a consistent healthy lifestyle.

Great listen (trigger warning big you love cardio)
I have been listening to mind pump for years and this is a great book that compresses all that information. It does bash cardio a bit but it comes from a good place and understanding. keep up the great work guys. My wife is going to listen to this next

Good book for people new to mindpump
Enjoyed listening to this even tho it seems like all points covered in it has been discussed at length in the podcast for free. I'd still recommended tho to have all those points in one place for reference

Best book on health & fitness I’ve ever read!!!
This is the best book I have ever read on fitness, because Sal Di Stefano has a fantastic awareness around how one can not only become fitter, but also how to lead a healthy life. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

Breaking preconceived notions
I am not reading much in this space as I thought my understanding to training was ok. I embark on a goal early this year to get leaner but got stuck on my weight for 2 months without results (visible too), and going to the gym 6 times a week… I thought I needed to pause and look for answers. I bumped into the MindPump podcast, then headed to Sal’s website and Amazon for this book. What a book!! Completely changed my understanding to training. Very good all around, intuitive nutrition, calorie intake, training approach, how often, etc I am now going through unlearning my learning and rebuild my whole approach to training. Early to give a result as I have started 2 weeks ago but looking forward to seeing some change. Will see 😁
