brilliant!

The film was one of a few that changed my life for the better, opening up questions and ideas completely new to me! this audiobook version is well read and has alot more vital, in depth information from the interviews with doctor's and athlete's aswell as being very easy to digest! if you liked the film I'd really recommend this

I enjoyed the book greatly. It is well researched logical. Recommend to all who are interested in living a healthy life
