The most important for a healthy life.

Loved it. Darin has written a really useful, well-written easy flowing book. I strongly recommend it as a serious read.

Life changing

Read this book a couple of times and will continue to come back to it, it’s my bible for healthy living and although I may not fully understand and implement all the concepts right now I’m a hell of a lot healthier than I was, now vegan, more hydrated, exercise consistently, so grateful for this book

Interesting

Interesting read but WHY!? Did the narrator feel the need to do really bad accents when quoting research conducted outside the US? The Indian one especially questionable and the British painful. I also started to lose a bit of faith in the science of the book when he starts talking about energies and different colour glass giving water different properties...

Disappointing

I mean the theory behind a lot of what he says in the book in nice. But he also mentions slot of not fact based scientific ideas which have no merit to them at all. He basically rules out eating or drinking anything oh and you must be a vegan because as humans where not meant to eat meat. like come on dude apparently everything gives you cancer but some veg will heal cancer and if you eat to much of it it will give you cancer .
all in all its an appointment unfactual pile of crap

Discourages the use of actual science and poor people need not read

I downloaded the audio book purely so I could finish the book without wasting my time reading it, at least I could make dinner at the same time. It’s very anti-science and medicine, doesn’t understand the concept of food deserts etc and at some points veers into outright bullshit. You cannot alter the alkalinity of your blood, and the water he recommends was invented by an MLM. I wish I’d bought a physical book so I could have burnt it

Outstanding - the best in many ways

Surprised at how brilliant this book is. It’s fully up to date and ahead in many ways, and presents everything in easy to understand and motivating ways, yet covers amazing detail at the right levels and times. Will be listening to it again, it’s inspiring!
