Amazing what love can do
Had tears while reading fully immersed in Louisa story even though I new she survived. Maggie was the right person for Louisa amazing what live can do

Well done Louisa.
I loved this book. Louisa has appeared in all of the other books in this collection so it is great that we have finally got her story. Obviously we know how she came to be with Maggie thanks to the other books in the collection however i never susspected just how massive her challenges actually were not just losing her parents but also her own recovery. What a brave young woman she is and now i know her story i have massive respect for how she faught back to have a life. This story could have been so different

amazing
After reading all of Maggie hartleys stories I always heard about Louisa. we always hear about how her parents died when she was younger but we never appreciated how much she had been through. It was amazing to hear her story and made me really appreciate how far Louisa had come :)

One of her best
I absolutely loved this book, it was so nice to hear the story of Louisa and what an incredible girl she is. That ending really got me crying. Thank you for another fantastic read Maggie xx

Courage
Completely disagree with the reviewer who stated it an 'anticlimax'. Knowing the ending of a story doesn't make the path any less worth reading, and it seems a rude and dismissive way to talk about the book.
I've always wondered if Maggie would write about Louisa's arrival one day, and hearing everything that happened to her was a humbling reminder of how precious life is. She's come so far, and showed so much resilience with everything she had to go through.
