Summary

Baker turned werewolf - there's no way this could go wrong.

Follow Rosalyn on a journey from baker, to kickass wolf shifter with the fate of the world in her hands.

Book one - Wolf Moon.

Rosalyn Mercier had a clear dream in life - to become a baker for the rich and famous. She spent the first 24 years of her life working towards that. Then she was bitten by a rogue loup garou (that's a wolf shifter to non-supernaturals), and that dream went up in a puff of vanilla-scented smoke.

The council of supernaturals task Rosalyn with tracking down the rogue and bringing them to justice. She's put under the watchful eye of brooding alpha with a dark past, Cole Loxwood. Together they must work to help Rosalyn come to terms with her new life while hunting down the rogue who is leaving a trail of bodies in their wake.

As Rosalyn digs deeper into the identity of the rogue she comes to realize that no one around her is quite what they seem. She's soon left with no idea who she can trust. As the bodies pile up Rosalyn must race to find out who the rogue is before it's too late.

Book two - Wolf Howl

A new guardian's in town and she's ready to kick ass.

Rosalyn's life was finally coming together. She had the beginnings of a pack with Cole, progress was being made on her mission to prove herself to the supernatural community, and there was some hope for a love life blooming with the brooding alpha himself.

For the first time, Rosalyn was really feeling good about her place in the world.

Then it was all torn out from under her.

The blood witches that killed Cole's pack are back, they have Cole firmly in their sights, and they're not the only ones.

A shadow from Cole's past has returned to draw Cole back into old alliances and reignite a flame thought long forgotten. Rosalyn must fight to protect Cole from the blood witches and remind him that his ex is that for a reason.

And that's only the beginning.

Book three - Wolf Pack

No one hurts Rosalyn's pack and lives to talk about it.

Rosalyn and her pack are dragged into a plot to bring about chaos and destruction at the hands of a dark witch. Together they will take on their greatest enemies to date.

It's time to step up as a guardian and show the world what she's really capable of.

Fabulous Series

I received this book free for an honest review.

Rosalyn was enjoying her job as an apprentice baker and living her life with her best friend Jake who won’t embrace his Fae heritage until one night Fae assassins come looking for Jake . Rosalyn kills one of them and the other just leaves telling her she better check her car whilst she is out she’s bitten by a rogue loup garou and that’s where her dreams ended.
Jake takes her to Cole Loxwood and Alpha who’s also on the council of supernaturals and they task her with finding and killing the rogue , however in search she finds out that no one is quite what they seem and she doesn’t know who she can trust.
This is such a good series I was sad when it ended the dynamic between Rosalyn and Cole is good from the start and I love the way she’s so sassy to him and she knows how much it annoys him but she keeps on doing it. The dual narration was perfect and Hannah and Edward worked so well together I’m looking forward the hearing more from them both.

Shifter Romance with Attitude!

This was a fun series to listen to. It has a bit of everything, namely action, romance, magic, politics and more. Rosalyn gets bitten by a rogue wolf shifter. Her best friend is the bastard son of an elf prince and, as such, is in hiding. Both are trained as bounty hunters, though Rosalyn, in both her human form and converted shifter form, does not garner respect. That is until she turns out to be more than expected. With the help of Alpha Cole, her witch friends and a few others, Rosalyn makes the transition from human to shifter while protecting more than her race from annihilation.

This books is energetic and young. The characters suffer the angst and challenges often associated with young adults trying to figure out the world. As such it has a youthfulness and sassiness that makes the story more interesting but also slightly frustrating. Overall, enjoyable! I am glad I got the complete series all at once. The first two books end with cliffhangers and unresolved issues that would have left me wanting!

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
