Overall this is a good book

Overall, the book seems to be a good book about yoga. What I didn't like is that many of the
poses require to start out using others pose, so unless you're familiar with starting pose,
you’ve to guess at how to begin through the book looking for.

Really good book

This book gives clear and detailed directions for a variety of yoga poses, as well as noting the
potential benefits of yoga, which I found incredibly helpful as a beginner.
