Grim Listening
This book is a shocking (and I mean shocking) catalogue of Sutcliffe's crimes, and the negligence of some of the investigators.

Excellent coverage of all of the victims
This is a truly excellent book, detailing all of the ‘unknown’ victims of the vile killer.
It is handled with sensitivity and great insight, and truly provides more to think about, even for those well versed in these cases. The research done is fantastic and thorough and I can’t recommend this highly enough.

This book uncovers the unfounded secrecy of the police in protecting the rights of a serial killer.
whilst listening to the story of how the Yorkshire ripper was caught and brought to trial, it makes me think that the police cannot be made responsible for any incompetence that they showed quite clearly they showed in investigating this case. Disgraceful!!

Incredible book!
I was in my late teens living in Essex at the height of the reign of this monster. I remember vividly the fear in the country at the time and had friends at Leeds Uni. I’ve seen numerous documentaries on him but this book has given an amazingly in-depth look at all the events and many other possible crimes he may well have committed. What a absolutely vile man he truly is.
Well researched and written. Excellent narration. Well worth listening to even though it’s horrific.

Gripping. Brutal. Compelling.
A consise and riveting retrospective of a terrible series of crimes and the complete lack of police and political integrity.
Kept me interested and at times angered me. Well worth a listen.
